Job Responsibilities:

0 ]- B/ @! H( S2 X! i" ?: B• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service
" Y4 j- q" P" k- F1 u) t/ e1 F• Self motivated ability to work with little or no supervision
1 j# l: B7 q; `* Q6 r' X9 `• Ensure store presentation standards and cleanliness
! q$ \. x8 ~8 S( U• Maintain knowledge of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
( e, W6 n5 Q" q3 I* q5 P4 H. C• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.

Qualifications:

• Proven strong sales and customer service
• outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient at analyzing numbers.
• Able to work under fast pace work environment.
: H0 `& e- @$ f( n# d1 P; v  c• Adept at problem solving and ability to manage change in a positive manner.
, [0 M% w" @  v& N6 t, {• Strong computer skills and knowledge
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• Act professionally, ethically and with integrity to use good judgment.
• Strong time management. Strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience
* w$ F/ N" _' j  ^: N- A- C6 x$ b• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

• Availability - evening and weekend shift are a must
