Job posting for Sales Manager Assistant

This is a full-time permanent job position as an assistant to support an insurance sales manager. The main duty is to organize all paperwork, communicate between provider and customer for daily administration work and generate sales report of the whole team. " Q1 b% `) \2 r! F/ ^

9 }5 O- d3 A9 v, a/ H- Ability to stay helpful, polite, confident, and resolve customer daily questions
- Communicate between multiple provider and customers about unsettled insurance and investment cases
- Organize and file customer’s data including their purchase information
- Notify clients regarding their payment deadline, investment updates, and write monthly newsletters
- Review and approve all the new business forms submitted by team members
- Generate weekly sales performance report for each team member
- Help new team members on board, getting their licensing and answering their basic administration questions
- Prepare a monthly newsletter for customers, seminar flyer, and registration% `4 q" n# U% M( \1 [/ Z

- Any education background is welcome
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, Adobe, Zoom
- Familiar with social media tools (Mailchimps, Facebook, LinkedIn, WeChat, etc.)
- Experience in data entry and maintenance, customer service and filing
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, organize, meet deadlines, be dependable, and stay flexible.
