Job Description
+ i8 Y. \+ B0 _ qResponsible for regional/office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
% E& F* S5 ]" h: r3 |Responsible for system implementation and maintenance, including windows server system, web application system, database and storage system.3 t4 F) n9 a% ]4 X/ f+ m
Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
/ A* C8 F* O) u* vResponsible for service provider quotation, biding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.4 t8 \% N8 |3 m+ r ?
Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security settings before distribute to end users.$ ~2 Q3 f) X) `; ~1 {
Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.2 m: D: x1 I& |( y6 F, e
Network and server system maintenance and troubleshooting. IT infrastructure maintenance and troubleshooting.6 f0 D5 R; o+ a5 f9 s' A
Implement IT standard/policy in responsible offices. Analyze business requirement and initial the IT project to satisfy the requirement.- `9 I6 ^( L8 |
Build IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, server room, cabling, door access control/CCTV etc. IT service incident management, availability management, capacity management, continuity management, data backup and recovery etc.; x* o5 K- e3 g0 r) P
Help desk support for users, including desktop support, printer machine support, IT training etc. |
