0 P/ H6 i7 \6 Z) TBrief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
Duties and Responsibilities:
) _" r7 f/ z; u' O: J2 c' T2 G- r, J1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
% m0 J4 Q% k8 [$ q5 \& M4. Calibration of Equipment
( Q" ^, @$ J. u6 \8 e8 c5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
( G' G6 h& n% v3 w* O" y! e2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
* \9 ~( a7 b+ f. `, C" b3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
; m0 o6 `. S9 G2 {* E4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
