1 x1 ^# D1 B% o4 ]Brief Job Description:  Reporting to QA Manager, the main duty for the QA technician is to ensure all products conform to regulatory and food safety standards.  
% t- ~: y1 z+ f7 O2 A# gDuties and Responsibilities:
1. Shelf-life testing/environmental Swabbing
% {- o! q5 ~* }- J1 C, {2. Maintain and verify QA and production records
3. Monitoring and Verification of all CCPs
+ l9 x) X% [' L. R" K4 M4. Calibration of Equipment
5. GMP and other Food Safety trainings
5 t! m; y& E- O& s( t% j1 U/ f* X6. Monitor production process and employees’ GMP practices
7. Other duties as assigned
Skills and specifications:
1. University or Diploma in Food Technology/Food Science
2. Knowledge in Food Safety and Quality Program (HACCP, Prerequisite Program and GMP)
3. Bilingual (Cantonese and English) is an asset
4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment but also be able to work in a team environment
5. May need to work different hours
Salary:
