Posting Rental Ads: Advertising available rental properties on platforms like Kijiji, Rent Faster, and Marketplace to attract potential tenants. This involves creating appealing ads, including relevant details and updating them regularly.

! e( ]3 H. P8 k; e$ }5 [Viewing Arrangements: Scheduling and conducting property viewings with interested prospective tenants.

WHO YOU ARE:

Exceptional communication skill is required. Ability to speak multiple languages would be considered as an asset.; m1 J( d% u( J

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within a client – facing, customer service - focused environment.
