Key Responsibilities:

: [7 \: s% [- W-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
+ J( E: y6 Z  [) \5 a  k# a-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
7 i; o8 G# Z1 C-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
' e$ G& H( a9 P5 u- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
" J/ d0 o$ S  R4 u. ^-Providing general clerical support to the office.
# \  ?) n! L+ S-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
! M0 s- a" v; B. }* C7 ~( @3 H/ Q

Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
