CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

Pay: $20-$23

1 `1 X, p* l  l  L$ m5 {+ cShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
! u$ r- Q7 l" k. c5 s" d5 z-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
$ p1 w& R7 N* }; X- \7 ~: g% K-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
% |9 h& H9 t; Q- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
3 y6 N/ N% `( R+ p4 a( ~-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.
* S% {4 k2 j1 }/ n5 t5 b% Z) E5 M

-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.

- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.

Education and Qualifications:

# [/ F& ^& d6 z. ~- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
( h) b/ _) a, {- S1 q+ G- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
% Y: D4 t+ y1 u- ]8 }9 I- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
