CAC Metal Recycling has taken on some significant projects and is expanding across the company. We need a full-time Administrator to join the team.

1 [" F$ O' }2 Y: EShift& schedule: Tuesday-Friday 6:30 am-2:30 pm Saturday 8 am-4 pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Answering phones and greeting walk-in traffic.
" X: ]/ s* B' v% n$ T' M-Input numbers into system, update files, keep record, make payment.
; z! @1 M7 S" i* x. o-Assisting with sales, invoicing, and quoting.
3 A$ W7 L4 `- N6 }' a1 G- X- Making cheque or summit EFT payment for scrap supplier.
-Providing general clerical support to the office.
-Preparing weekly and monthly purchase reports for senior management.

2 _- i" N. ?& i. XKey Skills:

-Customer service concepts.
-Strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills.
-High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple demands.
- Excellent teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work well independently.
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic.


Education and Qualifications:

- University degree in Accounting, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline is considered an asset
% k' L% L0 H. d8 J- 2+ years of administrative experience in an office environment.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Suite applications along with Post Secondary Schooling
